We chose this neighborhood for its security and privacy, crucial for us as public figures with young children. The turnover process was smooth, though we wish the electricity setup had been quicker. While the house is empty and we plan to redo the interior, the guidelines on what’s allowed are clear. We’ve dreamed of owning here since 2017, and this village, the safest we’ve found, truly stole our hearts. Despite some restrictions that delayed our plans, we’d recommend this property to those who can afford it and don’t mind the strict controls.

We chose Château De Paz for its perfect location near Aguilaran, the airport, and markets, making it ideal for us, especially my retired airline pilot husband who loves living in the Philippines.
